There is also a train station where you can be in Valencia in 30minutes for the cost of about 9euros for a day return. There is also the British school here if you needed one. Just 15 minutes inland from Xativa you will find the lovely lakes & waterfalls in Anna & Chella for those not wanting the beaches.

All of this & yet only 50 minutes south of Valencia & 75minutes north of Alicante airports respectively, both served by numerous international airlines.
