Hello, we are a friendly team of Spanish and British professionals specializing in real estate in Xàtiva and the surrounding villages in the Valencia region. Our main motivation is to help you find your dream home and to ensure that you are happy living in Spain. We also cover most of the Costa Blanca, Costa Azahar, Alicante and as far down as Murcia.

We work closely with smaller agents and are dedicated to helping you find exactly what you are looking for, or a s near to! We have a wide network of contacts, from plumbers to local artisans, to assist you with any needs you may have.

After successfully running our own business in the UK for many years, my husband Paul and I made the bold decision to start a new life in Spain in 2017. I quickly became friends with our agent, Julia, offering to help and trying to assist her in expanding her business. Over time I learnt so much and she is still, just as amazing. With a passion for real estate and a commitment to helping clients find their perfect property and life in Spain, we have dedicated ourselves to providing top-notch service.
